Your prior auths and refills, handled before your first patient.

What is the admin queue costing your practice?
Prior authorizations alone eat hours of staff time every week. Move the sliders to match your practice.
An estimate from your inputs, not a quote. That's before refills, faxes and phone calls, which usually take even more time.
What I take off your staff's plate
The core work is the same everywhere: prior auths, refills, insurance verification, scheduling and reminder calls. What changes is where your paperwork piles up.
Rheumatology
- Biologic prior authorizations and renewals
- Specialty pharmacy and patient-assistance forms
- Infusion scheduling
- Lab-monitoring reminders for patients on DMARDs
Nephrology
- Referral intake from primary care
- Lab result routing to the right provider
- Prior authorizations
- Coordination with dialysis units
Primary care
- Daily refill and medication requests
- Referral and prior auth paperwork
- Inbox and fax queue kept at zero
- Pre-visit chart prep and insurance checks
Why a physician-trained assistant
You have three realistic options for getting the admin work done. Here's how they compare.
| Feature | Hire in-house | General virtual assistant | Dr. Abdul Moiz |
|---|---|---|---|
| Medical knowledge | Varies by hire | Learns terminology on the job | Physician-trained; reads a chart the way your clinicians do |
| Time to start | Weeks of recruiting and training | Days, plus EHR training | Days; already works in eClinicalWorks and athenahealth |
| Commitment | Salary, benefits, payroll | Often an agency contract | Month to month, directly with me |
| Who you talk to | Your employee | Often an agency account manager | Me, every time |
| Your risk | Hard to undo a bad hire | Notice periods | Paid one-week trial, then month to month |
A typical day on your hours
I work in your time zone, so the queue moves while your office is open, not overnight when nobody can answer a question.
How we start
You see the work before you commit to anything.
A free 15-minute call
You tell me where the backlog is. I tell you honestly whether I can help with it.
A paid one-week trial
Usually one queue, like prior auths or refills, billed only for the hours I work. Your team sets up my access and we sign a BAA first.
Ongoing support
Part-time or full-time on your hours, with a simple month-to-month agreement.
You pay only for the hours I worked that week. I'd rather earn your second month than lock you into it.
Systems and safeguards
I work inside your existing tools and follow your practice's policies.
I'm a physician trained in Pakistan. I'm not licensed in the US and I don't make clinical decisions; anything clinical goes to your providers. What my training does mean is that I understand what's in the chart, so your staff spends less time explaining and correcting.

Hi, I'm Moiz
I finished my MBBS in 2023 and worked as a medical officer in hospital practice before moving into remote support for practices, including clinical support for a kidney care practice.
I also work as a clinical AI fellow, designing patient-intake workflows and checking AI transcripts for accuracy. That work has made me careful about documentation and about getting details right the first time. It also means I can help you use AI tools safely, rather than worry about them.
I work with a small number of practices at a time, so each one gets my full attention.

Questions practices usually ask
How do you access our systems securely?
Your team creates my own user login in your EHR and phone system, with only the permissions the work needs, so you control access and can revoke it in one click. We sign a BAA before I see any patient data, and I never store patient information outside your systems.
Are you licensed to practice medicine in the US?
No, and I never present myself as if I were. I handle administrative and coordination work under your team's direction. My medical training means I understand what I'm reading, which reduces errors and back-and-forth, but every clinical decision stays with your providers.
What hours do you work?
Your office hours, US Eastern or Central. I'm reachable by your phone system, Teams, or whatever messaging tool your staff already use.
What does it cost?
An hourly rate for part-time or full-time support, billed monthly, at a fraction of the cost of a new in-house hire. The trial week is billed at the same rate for the hours worked. I'll give you an exact number on our call once I know the scope.
What if it doesn't work out?
You stop. The first week is a paid trial with no further commitment, and after that it's month to month with no long contract.
How do you get paid?
A simple monthly invoice. As a foreign contractor I provide a W-8BEN, so there's no payroll or tax withholding on your side.
